Collecting dues, program fees or event tickets through SignUpGenius costs 5% of the money collected plus $0.50 per transaction, available on Silver and up. On a $200 registration that is $10.50 per family.
The free tier is supported by ads that appear to volunteers and parents, and reviewers describe the templates as dated. Removing the ads means moving to one of the paid tiers.
A community association or club that uses SignUpGenius for volunteers still needs somewhere for memberships, facility rentals, league schedules and front-desk sales. The sheets never connect to the member record.
