December Product Updates: Busy Bees Behind the Scenes
While many of us were easing into a well-earned turkey coma this December, our development team was hard at work shipping updates across the platform. Take a look at the awesome updates we are heading into the new year with:
Priority Waitlist Now Available
We've introduced a Priority Waitlist option, giving you more control over how demand is managed. You have the flexibility to choose between the current set up, which is a first-come-first-serve set up with an e-blast to all signed up for the waitlist. Or you can choose a priority flow that will send notifications of a spot opening up one at a time at the set interval. More choices to fit your needs!
More Visibility Into Transactions & Invoices
You can now see transactions and invoices directly from a user's profile. This update makes it faster and easier to understand a member's activity at a glance, cutting down on clicks and saving time when you need answers quickly.
Enhanced Transaction Details
We've expanded the information available in the transactions list, giving you clearer insights into what's happening behind each payment. This includes, program names, booking dates, currency split out and more!
A Clearer, Smoother Waiver Flow
Waivers are important, but they shouldn't be confusing. Our new waiver flow improves clarity and usability, utilizing a three step flow to move through the process.
New Sorting Options Across the Site
Finding what you need just got easier. We've added new sorting options throughout the site, helping you organize lists, scan information faster, and work more efficiently overall.
