Communal includes donation forms, campaign pages with goals, recurring giving, donor-covers-fees, automatic numbered tax receipts with Canadian and US templates, and Double the Donation matching. It does not have major-gift pipelines, peer-to-peer pages or auctions. If fundraising is your main activity, Neon CRM's donor tooling is deeper.

Yes. Each chapter is its own tenant with its own Stripe account under a parent organization, with cross-chapter address routing. The EFCL federation of 163 community leagues runs on it. Neon CRM does not list multi-chapter support.
